Is that the full PDF? If our building is not there it means we'll get heat within one week?

I am not a big fan of Management because I am sick of the dorm conditions and general decline in QOL in STPCV, but I don't blame Management for the hardships we have endured recently due to Sandy. The elderly and disabled who live in our community are definitely at a disadvantage because they can't negotiate dark stairwells and need to keep warm. However, thanks to Dan Goradnick and the terrific volunteers, those residents have been made to feel they are not alone and forgotten. This has been a storm of unprecedented proportions and STPCV was not built to withstand such an assault by Mother Nature. I am grateful that Management has done as best it can to get us electric, hot water and heat and I am particularly grateful that they got in generators to keep the water flowing, at least some of the time. I am disgusted that we have these stupid keycards that require electric to work and, as a result, we have had to have propped-open doors to the buildings, leaving us vulnerable. It was MetLife and Rose Associates who dumped that nonsense on us and I sincerely hope that Compass Rock will get rid of that system and let us have real locks and real keys in the future! The keycard system was a short-sighted and dangerous "innovation" that left us so vulnerable to intruders. It is just about as big an enabler of criminal activity as could be. That needs to be changed and I hope Compass Rock will do the right thing and get rid of it.

November 3 post says all building with restored electrical service have elevators running. Not true This is a lie. We're in 431 E 20th, in Peter Cooper We have electric and no flooding problem and our elevators are not running We came back from extended stay with relatives because we were told elevators would be on. 11 floors to walk. Nobody to talk to about this. Just a phone with a general announcement. Nobody calls back when message is left

I have been reading the TA facebook page and I can see we really have some wonderful people in this community. People are helping each other out by checking on elderly parents, aunties, etc., one wonderful lady offered to cook food and take it over to elderly people who couldn't get out. One guy who posts there a lot has been doing "Sherpa" runs up all the stairs to see if eople need anything. I think these good people are a mix of longtime tenants and newer, younger tenants and they are pulling together wonderful. Using smart phones and computers and sheer physical hard work, they are giving comfort and assistance to the vulnerable and to each other. I wish I was young enough and fit enough to volunteer myself.

In case anyone needs this info: 420 East 23 has power but no elevator service. This contradicts the info from CompassRock, which said that elevators would be back with the electricity. My guess is that since the basement flooded, the elevators still need some repair.

6 Stuyvesant Oval is not on the posted chart. The bottom is cut off the chart. Can the full chart be posted?
